Health and Safety Policy

Our priority is the health and safety of the babies and parents at our classes. Every effort will be made by Bambini & Me Sensory Play to provide a safe environment; however, parents are responsible for the safety and well-being of their child at all times. 

Please note that it is the parents’ responsibility to inform the class leader if your child suffers from a medical condition that we should be aware of. We may record this information; however, it will be kept confidential unless we need to provide information in a medical emergency. Examples include epilepsy and allergies. 

All activities are to be undertaken under parent supervision at all times. In the unfortunate event of an accident, please report this to your class leader as soon as possible, who will, if needed, contact the emergency services. Please report all minor accidents to your class leader so they can assist you in completing any necessary paperwork. 

Please ask the class leader if you have any concerns about any activities. Our public liability insurance can be viewed upon request. 

Illness Policy 

We kindly ask parents to refrain from attending classes if they or their baby are experiencing a serious infection. Please notify the class leader about the specific nature of the infection so other parents can be informed. 

Keep your baby at home if they: 

• Have a fever or had one within the last 48 hours. 

• Experienced an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours. 

• Have sticky or discharging eyes. 

• Have a heavy runny nose. 

Or show signs of a potentially contagious illness such as: 

• Chickenpox 

• Norovirus 

• Whooping cough 

• Measles 

• Mumps 

• German measles 

• Scarlet fever 

• Impetigo 

• Hand, foot, and mouth disease 

Please ensure your doctor has confirmed your baby is clear to return to class before attending again. 

Bambini & Me cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions. 

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations by Bambini & Me: 

We will always endeavour to run every Bambini & Me Sensory Play class as scheduled; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel classes at short notice and will do our utmost to reschedule your session. In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we have the right to cancel classes without a refund, for example, in the event of a fire or treacherous weather. We will, in these circumstances, endeavour to reschedule a class; however, this cannot be guaranteed. 

If classes are cancelled where local authorities/public guidance advise that classes should be temporarily suspended for health or other reasons, then no refunds or credits shall be given. 

Cancellations by customers: 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you miss a class, for example, due to illness or holiday. You are welcome to attend another class within the same week as the missed class; however, you must inform us in advance so that we can confirm that there is a space available for you. If you are unable to make another class that week, then unfortunately, you will have to forgo your space, and we are unable to offer a refund. 

Please note that once you have booked your class place and paid to secure the booking, fees are non-returnable and non-transferable. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been confirmed. 

During the booking process, you will be required to read and agree to the Bambini & Me Terms and Conditions. No place is fully guaranteed unless full payment of the term fees is made. 

Photography Policy

Parents are very welcome to take photographs of their babies during our classes! We understand that from time to time there will be other babies in the background of your photographs, so in this instance, we politely request that you ask other parents' permission before sharing on social media, or cover/crop out any other babies to protect their identity. Bambini & Me class leaders will occasionally photograph/video classes for promotional
